FIVE VILLAS

Located in Riyadh, the project comprises five contemporary villas, each ranging from 500 to 600 sqm. The design explores a shared architectural language while maintaining the identity and privacy of each residence.

Organized across four levels, each villa responds to the different layers of family life. The basement is conceived as a private leisure zone incorporating a swimming pool, gym and multifunctional spaces. At ground level, the dining and family areas open toward the exterior, creating a strong relationship between indoor and outdoor living. Private bedrooms occupy the first floor, while service and technical functions are concentrated on the upper level.

The façades are composed through a restrained interplay of volumes, openings and textures. Riyadh stone gives the villas a material connection to their setting, bringing warmth and regional character to the contemporary composition. Above, the changing roof profiles create a distinctive rhythm across the five residences and give the development a recognizable architectural identity.

Parking is positioned outdoors, allowing the basement to remain dedicated to leisure and family use rather than vehicles. This approach maximizes the usable interior space while separating everyday arrival from the more private recreational areas of the house.

Through materiality, spatial organization and a response to contemporary patterns of living, Five Villas seeks to create a residential architecture that is both specific to Riyadh and adaptable to the needs of modern family life.
