Located just three minutes from the main entrance of Faqra Club, the project unfolds along a steep mountainside overlooking the valley. Access is direct yet discreet, ensuring privacy while maintaining a quiet dialogue with the surrounding landscape. The strong natural contours of the site shape a terraced architectural response, opening fully toward expansive views of the valley and the ski slopes of Faqra Club.

The project consists of three blocks comprising 12 duplex chalets: Block A with 6 units, Block B with 4, and Block C with 2. The development offers a variety of chalet sizes ranging from 110 sqm to 180 sqm, each including private gardens, two parking spaces, a storage cave, and a maid’s room. The result is a balance of comfort, functionality, and refined alpine living.

A clear material hierarchy defines the architectural expression. Ceramic, concrete-toned cladding grounds the composition and anchors the massing to the terrain, while HPL cladding wraps and lightens the upper volumes, articulating them with precision. Subtle tonal variations and textural shifts animate the façades throughout the day, giving the architecture a calm, ever-changing presence.

Together, the buildings form a cohesive composition that feels warm, contemporary, and quietly expressive. A lifestyle shaped by comfort, nature, and timeless alpine character. More than a place to live, it is a feeling carried through every season.
