Stand Har Properties at Dream expo
AccentDG designed the HAR Properties exhibition stand for the Dream Real Estate Expo 2014 in Lebanon as a spatial experience rather than a conventional real-estate display.
The stand was conceived around a continuous ramp that unfolds through the exhibition space, creating an architectural parcours for visitors. Rather than presenting the development through a series of independent panels, the ramp guides visitors along a continuous sequence revealing different aspects of Allée des Arts, AccentDG’s winning competition proposal for a residential building in Gemmayzeh, Beirut.
Drawings, images and project information are integrated along the route, allowing visitors to progressively discover the architecture as they move through the stand. The circulation itself becomes part of the exhibition, transforming the presentation of the residential project into a spatial experience.
At the end of the parcours, the stand opens into a dedicated seating and meeting area where potential buyers can engage directly with HAR Properties representatives. This creates a transition from architectural presentation to conversation and sales within one continuous environment.
Through a simple architectural gesture, the stand combines circulation, exhibition and meeting functions into a single spatial system, translating the identity of the development into the experience of the exhibition itself.
